It's time to get out of the house and back into our community of wellness-minded yogis and friends. We've got some great offerings to help motivate you too!
We've got some great news, we're now offering various passes and memberships.
Check out our Fresh Start intro pass if you haven't practiced at Mantra Yoga since we opened, or if you're a newcomer to our studio. For just $49, you can attend 4 classes within two weeks!
Those who enjoy feeling great and practicing regularly will appreciate two new membership levels:
Monthly Prana Membership: 8 classes
Monthly Ojas Membership: 6 classes
As a new addition to our single visit and Trio pass, we are now offering a 6 class pass.
Our class times have been adjusted so that you will have more time to join us after work.
As of today, all 4:30 classes will now start at 4:45-5:45
Mondays | Basics: A mindfully aligned Hatha/Vinyasa flow that is accessible and enjoyable for all levels.
Wednesdays | Nourish: An ayurvedic Vinyasa flow for seasonal balance that will leave you feeling empowered and calm.
Fridays | Stretch: A floor-based Hatha practice that lengthens and strengthens your muscles while releasing tension for a joyful state of being.

Courses and Training:

Wednesdays at 6-7 PM with Marlena
Flow, Restorative, Yin, Meditation, Reiki, and Ball Rolling Self Massage.
The Harmony course combines elements from my (Y)in Harmony workshop and Therapeutic Privates sessions.
Our four-week course will explore techniques for realigning physically, energetically, and mindfully. Every session will be unique, resulting in a balanced state of well-being.
Booking is now open for the full 4-week series. $88
Members are welcome to use their memberships to book the course. (To avoid an additional fee, contact me for booking :)

As part of this immersion, you will not only pamper and take really good care of yourself but also learn about the powerful effects of a truly restorative and meditative practice. Just a willingness to relax and a need to chill out are needed.
I now have openings for private sessions on weekday mornings and one opening on Saturday mornings at 11:15 AM!
