As of today, we’ve officially switched to our new booking platform: Arketa.
If you have an active membership, class pass, or private session plan—don’t worry.Your account has already been migrated, including your current plan and payment method.
Here’s everything you need to know:
🔐 First Step: Reset Your PasswordYour username is still your email address.To access your account, just click “Forgot Password” when logging in and follow the steps to reset it.👉 Reset your password here
📚 Introducing: Saturday Book ClubStarting now, all booking opens Saturday at 7:00 AM for the following week.This replaces the old 14-day advance window.
Want to lock in your spot?Set a reminder to book on Saturdays and you’re good to go.
📲 All Booking Now Happens Through Our WebsiteThe Walla app is no longer connected. Going forward:
All bookings and purchases must be made through our website
For easy access, save a shortcut to our site on your phone’s home screen
You’ll find the Login button inside the upper-right corner of the booking widgets (on both the class schedule and appointments pages)
Make sure you’re logged in before trying to book.
✅ Everything’s Ready for YouYou don’t need to re-purchase anything. Your plan is active, and your payment details are secure.
We do recommend logging in and getting set up before your next class, just to avoid any hiccups.
Why the change?This update makes things simpler for everyone—fewer logins, cleaner booking, and everything in one place.
