Mantra Yoga’s Winter Updates: Thanksgiving Schedule, New Classes, and More!

At Mantra Yoga, we’re making sure you stay warm, balanced, and energized all winter long because, let’s face it, you’re hot enough! With all classes heated to a cozy 75 degrees and designed for all levels, our updated schedule will keep your yoga practice glowing through the holiday season and beyond.


Here’s everything you need to know about our Thanksgiving Week Schedule, Winter Updates, and our special New Year’s Day class!


 

Thanksgiving Week Modified Schedule


We’ll be adjusting our class offerings for the holiday week so everyone can enjoy a little extra time with loved ones (and maybe a little extra pie!).


  • Thursday, Nov 28: Studio closed for Thanksgiving Day.

  • Friday, Nov 29 - Sunday, Dec 1: Limited schedule with one class per day:

    • Friday, Nov 29: 7 AM Sol with Marlena

    • Saturday, Nov 30: 8 AM Sol with Lisa

    • Sunday, Dec 1: 9 AM Soulful Sunday with Marlena


Classes are filling up quickly, so be sure to book your spot in advance!


 

New Weekday Morning Classes: Mon-Fri, 7 AM


Kick off your mornings with Marlena as she leads all weekday 7 AM classes—each designed to energize your body and calm your mind. These dynamic flows are the perfect way to start your day and are suitable for all levels.


 

Reimagined Weeknight Classes: Mon-Thurs, 6:15 PM


Our new weeknight classes are tailored for balance, variety, and convenience, starting at an earlier time to get you home earlier and cozy in no time. Each evening offers a unique practice:


  • Monday: Candlelight Sol + Meditation w/ Marlena (dynamic flow with a meditative close).

  • Tuesday: Candlelight Retreat w/ Marlena (fluid slow flow seamlessly transitioning into therapeutic stretches).

  • Wednesday: Candlelight Flow + Restore w/ Kat (gentle movement paired with regenerative supported postures).

  • Thursday: Candlelight Flow + Yin w/ Lisa (fluid sequences followed by deep, releasing stretches).



 

New Weekend Class Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays


We’re bringing variety and balance to your weekends with a dynamic mix of strong flows, meditations, and therapeutic classes:


Saturdays:

  • 8 AM: Sol with Lisa (dynamic, energizing flow).

  • 10 AM: Flow & Restore with Kat (flow balanced by restorative poses).


Sundays:

  • 9 AM: Soulful Sunday with Marlena (a soulful, invigorating flow with meditative elements).

  • 10:30 AM: Stretch + Serenity with Marlena (beginner-friendly therapeutic stretches followed by a serene guided meditation).


 

Winter Break & New Year’s Day Special Class


We’ll be taking a brief Winter Break from December 25th to December 31st, giving everyone time to reset and enjoy the holidays.

But don’t worry—we’re kicking off the New Year in style with a special class:


  • Blissful Awakening: Start 2024 with Marlena on January 1st, 10:30-11:45 AM. This class features a dynamic vinyasa flow, guided meditation, and inspiring intentions for the year ahead.
