Group Classes

Our in-studio classes will come to a close on Friday, December 19th.
This studio has held so many moments, breaths, and transformations, and I’m incredibly grateful to every person who has walked through these doors.

 

While this chapter ends, a new one is already beginning.

In 2026, I’ll be offering private sessions, intimate workshops, and retreats through my new work,

The Practice with Marlena.
