Welcome to Practice

the space

Marlena Bruno

I discovered yoga when I needed space to breathe and heal. I opened Mantra Yoga in 2013, built a vibrant community, trained teachers, and saw countless women uncover their own resilience. Today, I’m focusing The Practice on a small, powerful experience that helps women who already give so much—to carve time just for themselves.

In The Practice Room, every detail is intentional.

Our environment isn’t designed to impress. It’s designed to disappear—so you can reconnect with what matters most: yourself.

Step into:

  • A crisp, sun-filled studio with panoramic windows and fresh air flowing in

  • Smooth dark hardwood floors grounding your every movement

  • White linen drapery, clean white walls, and hand-carved white mandalas creating a sanctuary for your senses

  • Subtle touches of green from living plants, reminding you to breathe

  • High-quality props, crystal singing bowls, and simple white furnishings—nothing more, nothing less

  • The faint, familiar scent of Nag Champa welcoming you home to your practice

You. Me. The Practice.

Since I opened Mantra Yoga in 2013, it’s been an honor to serve the North Shore and Danvers community with heart, integrity, and deep respect for the tradition of this practice. Over the years, our offerings have evolved, but the purpose remains the same: to create a space where women of all ages and abilities feel supported, seen, and challenged in all the right ways.

This is a more intimate experience now—just you, me, and the practice.

My mission is simple but powerful: to help women feel strong, calm, and courageous—on and off the mat, every single day.
