FAQs and Studio Policy

At Mantra Yoga Studio, we're all about making your yoga journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here are some frequently asked questions and our studio policies to help you navigate your membership:

How do I give a guest pass?
If your membership includes guest passes, you'll receive a unique promo code that your guest can use towards the purchase of a non-member drop-in class. For detailed instructions, please visit our Guest Pass page 


How do I cancel my booking?
Cancelling your booking is easy! Just go to your account, click on the person icon to see all your upcoming reservations. You can cancel your booking there or directly in the class by hitting the 'withdraw' button. Please remember, we don't monitor emails or messages for cancellations - all bookings must be cancelled directly by our clients within their account.

What are the studio booking and cancellation policies?
We require all classes to be booked in advance. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee. For class pass holders, the session will not be refunded. For unlimited members, there's a $15 late cancellation fee, and a $20 no-show fee for all pass types.

What is your workshop and event policy?
Just like a concert ticket, your booking for special events is final. If you can't attend, feel free to pass your ticket to a friend - just let us know who'll be coming in your place. For workshops, courses, and training, all bookings are final and non-refundable due to the preparation and investment involved. If we have to cancel an event for any reason, rest assured, you'll receive a full refund.

Should I purchase a gift card or should I gift a class? What's the difference?
Purchasing a gift card gives your friend the flexibility to choose the class or pass they want. Gifting a class or pass directly assigns that specific class or pass to your friend's account. Just remember, you can only gift a pass to a friend who has a Mantra Yoga Account set up in Fitdegree. Otherwise, a gift certificate should be purchased.

How do I change my membership billing credit card?
You can update your billing information through your account settings. Once you've added your new credit card information, please contact Marlena to assign your new card for future auto billing. If you need further assistance, we're here to help!

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership through our Membership Cancellation Request  page. Please remember to cancel at least 30 days in advance of your next billing to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. If you don't provide a minimum of 30 days notice via our cancellation form, you will be billed for another month. As per our refund policy, no credits will be provided.

We understand that plans can change, but please note that we do not offer refunds or transfers of payment for any classes, packages, memberships, pre-paid services, workshops, training, and/or special events under any circumstances.
