I'm a beginner. What classes should I attend?To suit your needs and schedule, we offer a variety of options: It is best to check out our New Clients - Start Here web page. 💙 Calm – Sessions provide a more relaxed pace, are mindful, and/or include guided meditations. ❤️ Move – Sessions designed for those who want to get their heart pumping, build strength, and increase their range of motion. When in doubt, start with our Calm sessions and speak with your teacher after class for personal recommendations for additional sessions.

What do I need to bring with me?Your smile and optimistic outlook :) In addition: Yoga Mat Water Small towel If you have any props you'd like to bring; you're welcome to do so. Props offered in the studio: One block One blanket One strap One bolster (for restorative practices)

What should I wear?Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear or loose-fitting sweats and t-shirts are best. Most women wear athletic pants and tops. Men generally wear athletic shorts (gym shorts or spandex) and t-shirts. Many practitioners bring layers, since your body’s temperature will rise during the active portions of class and fall during final relaxation.
