Move Classes are dynamic and strength building. These classes are all levels challenging and rejuvenating.

Calm Classes are gentle and meditative. These classes are great for beginners and beneficial for all levels.

All classes include breathing and meditative technique to leave you feeling liberated and balanced.

Meditative Yin

Gently liberate the muscles, lubricate joints and discover relief.

Yin Yoga is the perfect balance for every yogi.

Yin Yoga is a complementary practice to our more dynamic yang vinyasa practice. A yin practice focuses primarily on floor postures, held passively for extended periods to allow the body to open and access the deeper connective tissues and fascia.

Yin yoga will restore and maintain the natural mobility in your joints, enhancing the body's range of motion, energetic flow, and emotional well-being. In addition, its emphasis on stillness and silence promotes a deeply meditative experience.

All Levels: It's perfect for beginners and athletes looking to open up the shoulders and areas between the navel & knees.

Active Muscular Stretch, Recovery, and Guided Meditation.

This profoundly rejuvenating practice deeply stretches the muscle and releases physical tension throughout the neck, shoulders, hips, and hamstrings. 

Stretch is a joyful, meditative floor-based practice accessible and nurturing for all and the perfect start to a blissful weekend.

An excellent recovery modality. No sweat. No experience is needed.

Flow & Restore

Flow, Restorative, Meditation

Our all-levels Flow + Restore class is the perfect way to release physical tension, melt away stress, and take excellent care of yourself.

A 50/50 blend of slow, mindful, dynamic Flow and gently supported floor postures will leave you feeling physically strong and balanced and create space for your body to reset your nervous system to a calm sense of being.

All levels are welcome.

Nurture: Yin + Restorative

Gentle Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Essential Oils.

Through a combination of both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, we'll receive rejuvenation and the release of tension throughout the physical body while increasing the flow of our energetic body for well-being. Thus, allowing for a benevolent state of mind.

This floor-based therapeutic practice will release tension through the lower back, hips, and legs with the decompressive effects of longer-held, gentle Yin postures. Then encourage the gentle flow of energy through supported restorative postures, increasing our depth of breath and reprograming our nervous system to our naturally calm, focused, and meditative state of being.

Nurture is a grounding practice of stability and stillness, cultivating physical ease, patience, and loving-kindness for ourselves and all sentient beings.

Flow, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Essential Oils.

Our Bliss class combines gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative practices to create a refreshing, relaxing, and profoundly regenerative experience.

Our practice begins with a restorative lunar flow sequence linking movement with breath to root down energetically and physically to calm our nervous system. Then we'll settle into the deep release of longer-held yin-inspired postures (deep stretching that targets the body's dense tissues and fascia). Finally, our practice will conclude by relaxing deeply into purely restorative poses in a supportive ending using bolsters and blankets for an extended Savasana resulting in a blissful body and meditative experience.

Dynamic Flow

A heart-centered, dynamic flow designed to liberate your body, focus your mind, and empower you with a joyful heart for the day ahead.

What to expect:

  • Solar practices are paced to build internal heat. Be prepared to sweat.

  • Expect fun sequences and the introduction of arm balances, and a deeper exploration of postures.

  • This is not a beginner's class, though all levels are welcome to join and harness their inner badass.
