Same Space. New Name. Here's Why It Matters.

You may have noticed things look a little different around here.
The logo has changed. The name is new. And if you’ve visited the website recently, it probably feels like a fresh start. But beneath all of that—it’s still me, it’s still the space you’ve grown to love, and it’s still built around the same mission: to help you grow stronger, steadier, and more connected to yourself through this practice.
I want to tell you why the change happened—and what it means for you.
Introducing: The Practice at Mantra Yoga
The new name reflects what I’ve actually been offering for years: Not a drop-in yoga studio. Not a trendy wellness brand. But a focused space for transformation through consistent practice.
This isn’t about me. Or the space. Or the branding. This is about The Practice.
About creating a clear, distraction-free path for the people who are ready to commit to their own growth—physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally. That’s who this space is built for.
Why Now?
This shift has been in my heart for a long time.
Honestly, the plan to return to a smaller, more intentional model was already taking shape before Covid. But like so many, I got pulled in other directions—trying to support teachers, hold space for community, and meet the ever-changing needs of the moment.
In doing so, I drifted from the reason I started all this: to offer an experience designed for real growth—one that rewards consistency, commitment, and the willingness to show up for yourself day after day both on and off the mat.
This rebrand is a return—not to the past, but to purpose. It’s a recommitment to teaching in a way that supports true change. A leaner schedule. A clearer focus. A deeper offering.
Over the past 13 years, I’ve seen something again and again: the students who show up with consistency and curiosity are the ones who experience the most growth. That’s what this next chapter is about—offering you the structure, support, and challenge to keep evolving.
This space is for people who want more than just a workout. Who want to feel different. Move different. Live different. And who know that lasting change comes with consistency—not convenience.
We now serve a community of clients who attend group classes regularly—and also a growing number of clients who meet with me exclusively for private sessions. These 1:1 sessions are customized, focused, and often where the most powerful personal breakthroughs occur. With this new model, I’ve opened additional early morning and limited evening appointment slots to make private work more accessible.
Whether your path forward is in class, in private sessions, or a blend of both—this shift is designed to meet you with more presence, more support, and more intention.

Each month, I create a curriculum that builds intentionally—strengthening, lengthening, and realigning your body in ways that carry over into life beyond the mat. It’s not a random rotation of classes. It’s a methodology, designed around the seasons, rooted in therapeutic alignment and yogic wisdom.
This practice is designed to meet you where you are—but it’s built to take you somewhere. Whether you practice weekly or come more often, the curriculum offers structure and progress. But for those ready to develop real consistency, the shifts—physical, mental, and energetic—run deeper, because the path is laid out to support that kind of transformation.
