October Morning Yoga Classes with Marlena

This month at Mantra Yoga Studio, my morning classes (Marlena) will be all about "Mindful Alignment"—in both body and mindset.


Throughout October, we’ll focus on strengthening and lengthening the back body, with special attention on the lower back, hips, hamstrings, and calves. We’ll explore mindful hip openers while stabilizing and building strength through Warrior II and Lizard variations. This powerful combination is designed to bring balance and flexibility to your body while helping you cultivate a deeper awareness that you can carry off the mat and into your daily life.
