Covid is peaking again, and we are all pivoting. Of course, we're all accustomed to making the best of this after two years. With grace and a whole lot of grit, we'll get past this to immerge stronger.

January 2022 Class Schedule Updates
All regularly scheduled classes are now 60-minutes.
In-Studio class capacity has been reduced to a small group maximum of 8 fully vaccinated individuals.
Weekday group classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning and evening. (Tuesday & Thursday are now dedicated to private sessions, future training, and courses.)
New Class with Lisa, Saturday Mornings at 8:30 AM.
We're excited to welcome Lisa back to the teaching staff at Mantra Yoga. Lisa had been a staple within our community for many years She loved and benefited from her practice so much she joined my Mantra Yoga Teacher Training and she's been teaching ever since. A school teacher by trade, she has a talent to calmly focus and gently challenge all her students to slow down, dig deep and tap into their personal best.

This Solar Vinyasa & Hatha practice links breath to mindful movement, gets your body moving and your inner fire ignited. Foundations Course: Level 1

Have you been out of practice and need to get back to the basics, maybe you've never practiced yoga before? It's time to make yourself a priority, get on your mat, breathe, move, meditate and revisit your physical body. Foundations will introduce you to the state of your body & mind in the here and now.
