About the event

Seasonal Yoga Practices honoring the five Ayurvedic elements:  

• Earth (Bhumi) - nurtured and grounded within the heart 

• Water (Jala) - the rhythmic wave of the heart 

• Fire (Agni) - Tending the inner fire of the heart 

• Air (Vayu) - The hearts breath 

• Space (Akash) - A place for all  

Each session will introduce a new sequence embodying the elements in a heart-centered practice. This course will concentrate on calm, nurturing, grounding lunar flows. Cultivating nourishment of the Mind-Body-Soul
