STUDIO MAXIMUM CAPACITY


Mantra Yoga is fortunate to have a large practice space in which classes are held. However, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class. Once this number of people are registered in class a waitlist will be created online and/or we may ask walk-in clients to return at a later time. 

Booking a class online is required to save a spot in a class.  Bookings will be held up to 5 minutes before the start of class, after this time they will be released to any standby clients.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand life happens and we do our very best to accommodate when possible. However, to ensure the zen of our participants and the safety of their personal possessions we must lock the studio door at the start of our sessions.  Please plan ahead accordingly for traffic, parking, and any other time restrictions in order to arrive on your mat 10 minutes before class begins.

BOOKINGS 

Reserving your spot in classes or private sessions is required and available online here and/or with the Mantra Yoga app (available free in the app store - link at bottom of this page). Pre-registration requires full payment at the time of registration.

HOLIDAY/MEMBER EVENTS

24-hour advance registration is required as attendance is limited. Cancellation of 24 hours prior to the start of class is required, allowing those on our waitlist to be properly notified of an opening. There's a firm Late Cancel/No Show fee equal to the fee of the event. Unlimited members will be back charged the event fee - no exceptions. Payment is required at the time of booking - guest passes cannot be accepted for these events.

COMMUNITY CLASSES

Advance booking online is required with payment at the time of booking. These classes are offered for local charities and your donations are gratefully accepted in the studio. Please note booking for early morning classes closes at 8pm the night prior to class, all others close 3 hrs prior to class beginning. The attendance in these classes is very limited. 


CANCELLATIONS


EARLY CANCEL

You may cancel your booking online up to 3 hours prior to the start of class allowing those on our waitlist to be properly notified of the opening. When your booking is canceled within the allowed timeframe, the class will be credited back to your Mantra Yoga Profile for future use.

We are unable to accept emailed cancellations. (You may cancel your booking online by logging into your account and selecting "My Schedule" from the menu bar). 

NO-SHOWS/LATE CANCELS

When you no-show or cancel close to the start of class, you are preventing others from attending. If you are on an Intro Offer and fail to show up for a class or cancel within 3 hours of the start time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15. This fee must be settled before you can attend another class. If you are on a limited class pack, a class will be deducted from your account.

PLATINUM members receive ONE courtesy late cancel per month. Repeated no-shows or late cancels will be penalized as above.

 

CLASS PASSES


UNLIMITED PASSES are for consecutive days and are in effect on the date of purchase. These packages cannot be paused or frozen once activated.

CLASS PASSES

Are for individual yogi’s only and cannot be shared.

ALL class passes have an expirations date. Please refer to your purchase receipt.  They are offered at a discount rate from our regular priced single class rate and cannot be extended for any reason. If you are unclear about your commitment to participation in the classes with the terms of the class pass, you are welcomed to purchase a single class that has no expiration date at the regular price. Please choose your packages wisely.

INTRO OFFERS

Are for the enjoyment of new local residents only in regularly scheduled group classes. Community classes, Member Events, Workshops, Special classes and Private Sessions are an additional fee. Intro offers cannot be frozen, extended or exchanged and are for individual use only.

 

PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

 

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are nonrefundable and for use on the date/time and event purchased only. If you are unable to attend your event, you may give your spot to a friend with 24 hr written notice to the email provided with your purchase receipt. Mantra Yoga commits to hosting events based on pre-enrollment and secures presenters based on that commitment. Due to this, our workshop policy is firm and without exception.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There are no refunds or transfers on any purchases barring health emergencies at the sole discretion of Mantra Yoga, LLC. In the rare event, there is a refund granted, a 20% transaction processing fee will be charged and a credit will be added to your Mantra Yoga account for future use.


INCLEMENT WEATHER / SCHEDULE CHANGES


CLASS SCHEDULE

We remain open 7 days a week. We will close due to inclement weather, studio maintenance or as we see fit and may provide abbreviated schedules on holidays when open. Our class schedule and teachers are subject to change without notice and are available on our schedule page.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

We make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule, however, we may alter our schedule seasonally and may cancel classes that have not reached minimum registration. If for any reason we cancel a class your booking will be credited back to your Mantra Yoga account for future enjoyment. 

LOST ITEMS

Mantra Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. The studio provides a Lost and Found basket for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items, including yoga mats, will be removed and donated or disposed of.


SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT


CELLPHONES

Cellphones are a distraction for you and all others around you attending class and are prohibited from the practice area entirely. They must be left in the reception cubbies with your other belongings and turned off. Exceptions are made for on-call medical personnel only.

MINIMUM AGE

All clients attending classes must be 18 yrs old and able to understand and accept the risk of a physically challenging exercise. Clients 15 – 17 may attend class with a parents authorization on file prior to the start of their first class. All students in the class must be at least 15 yrs old to attend adult classes.

 

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES


Memberships automatically renew and may be canceled after the initial full term with written notice as stated in the contractual agreement. 

Upgrade/Downgrade Clients may upgrade or downgrade with 30 days notice of future billing and according to their agreement terms. Length of the term cannot be changed. Please see the terms of individual memberships in the documents section of your Mantra Yoga account.

Freezing/Pausing memberships are allowed only after the initial full term of 3/6 month agreements and according to memberships terms. 12 month agreements may freeze/up to a max of 2 months in the first year.

Membership Restrictions: Class cards and memberships apply to regularly scheduled group classes. Workshops, specialty classes, private sessions and community classes are an additional fee.

Gold/Silver Expiration: Limited class memberships offer up to the monthly class allotment. Additional classes are offered at a discounted rate and will be billed automatically. It is the client's responsibility to view their accounts regularly to track their pass usage. Classes not used do not roll over to the next billing period. Any classes not used are forfeited. 

Fee's: We’re committed to offering fair accessible pricing to our loyal clients. Once you become a Mantra Yoga member your active membership & fees will be grandfathered in without future change, provided your membership remains active and your account is in good standing. However, all other fees are subject to change without notice.
