Service Description
What is Restorative Yoga? It's a minimalist approach to a deep rejuvenating practice allowing ourselves to slow down, recalibrate our awareness, and discover the nourishing joy of simply being. Our society covets doing more. Restorative Yoga teaches us to be mindful and be still. Less talking, less distraction, and fewer postures. In doing so, we give our body, mind, and soul time to heal, rest, and listen to the rhythm of our hearts. What will you learn in this immersion: How to invite more stillness into your practice and quiet your mind through supported postures. How to reduce physical stimuli with the proper use of props. How to reconnect with our ability to relax and heal. How to apply various restorative postures to soothe our nervous system and quiet our mind. The transformative effects of restorative yoga on our subtle body and nervous system. Meditative practices to enhance and complement a Restorative Yoga practice. Upon completion, you will be able to competently practice and lead others through a beneficial restorative practice. This Therapeutic Immersion is part of our 200-hr Yoga Immersion. Upon completion of all the modules, participants will earn certification as 200-hour yoga teachers. Who is this for? This Foundational Immersion is suitable for current teachers who want to teach Restorative Yoga, or those simply wishing to develop a deeper understanding of their practice. Booking Policy
You may teschwdule your booking up to 24hrs before your session start time wothout penalty. You will receive a confirmation email once your session is booked. You may also confirm your booking prior to arrival within your account settings under > My activities > My bookings. - You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hrs prior to the start of your session without penalty. After 12 hrs, the service fee is forfeited. - Workshops, training, and course tickets are a final booking/ sale for those specific dates/times/events but may be given to a friend prior to the start of the session(s) if you are unable to attend after booking your service. - All sales are final.
