Service Description
Private Therapeutic Yoga Sessions (PTYS) are designed to aid in the recovery of physical injury and misalignment patterns (samskaras) while learning new samskaras and developing strong, new physical behavioral patterns. A 30-minute consultation is required prior to booking your first PTYS with Marlena. The consultation investment will be credited toward your PTYS package upon booking your PTYS within 2 weeks of consultation. Therapeutic Yoga sessions are uniquely designed for each individual's specific physical needs which include customized, accessible daily practices. Sessions may include: - Restorative postures to clear energetic blockages - Yin postures to lubricate joints and increase your range of motion passively. - Hatha postures for strengthening areas of instability. - Meditation for clarity and mindfulness. - Pranayama for increased breath and flow of energy. - Reiki for energetic clearing and restoration. Your PTYS includes: - Three 60 minute private sessions in the studio. - Take home practices - Biweekly assessments for tracking progress and adjustments as needed. - Consultation: $25 - 3 Sessions: $275 Should you book your first PTYS within two weeks of your consultation, you'll receive a credit for the consultation fee.
Booking Policy
You may teschwdule your booking up to 24hrs before your session start time wothout penalty. You will receive a confirmation email once your session is booked. You may also confirm your booking prior to arrival within your account settings under > My activities > My bookings. - You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hrs prior to the start of your session without penalty. After 12 hrs, the service fee is forfeited. - Workshops, training, and course tickets are a final booking/ sale for those specific dates/times/events but may be given to a friend prior to the start of the session(s) if you are unable to attend after booking your service. - All sales are final.
