Do you feel depleted, lacking focus and patience? These are symptoms of imbalance in our body, mind, and subtle body energy. A nurtured state is a joyful state of being. Nurture is a series of classes designed for anyone and everyone. From the athlete to the novice, to accompany your regular dynamic yoga practices and workout routines. Nurturing one's self allows us to become our optimal best in all aspects of our lives. Through a combination of both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, we'll receive rejuvenation and the release of tension throughout the physical body while increasing the flow of our energetic body for wellbeing. Thus, allowing for a benevolent state of mind. This floor-based therapeutic practice will release tension through the lower back, hips, and legs with the decompressive effects of longer-held, gentle Yin postures. Then encourage the gentle flow of energy through supported restorative postures, increasing our depth of breath and reprograming our nervous system to our naturally calm, focused, and meditative state of being. What to expect: • Each class will be unique. We'll target various areas of both the physical and energetic body. • The duration of the classes is 100% meditative.
