Gentle Yoga + Meditation Series

This class series is a great weekday morning for those seeking a gentler beginner friendly option weekday mornings. This series will be held outside weather permitting.
Outdoor Practice Only: Once registration at the library is full, you may register for the session here on our website. Doing so will only notify you when outdoor practice is being held - you may then simply show up for practice.
This series is sponsored by the Danvers Public Library and is free to attend with registration.
The Journey to Self Discovery: Yin Yoga Immersion

Treat yourself to an in-house retreat!
This immersion with teach you the foundational theory and practice of Yin Yoga. Explore the deeper layers of your physical body while releasing tension and melting away pain. This practice of stillness and quiet allows us to delve deeply into the meditation practices and transform physically, mentally, and energetically.
Who is this for?
Anyone who truly wants to deepen their meditation practice.
Anyone who is tight, stiff, lacks range of motion and is comfortable sitting on the floor.
Yogis and yoga teachers who want to expand and compliment their personal practice or teachings.
Each session will be part lecture and practice.
Each participant with receive a manual.

Meditative Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Sunday, Sept 18th
6:00 - 7:00 pm
Yoga Nidra and Chakra Tuned Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.
Immerse yourself and drift into the realm of deep relaxation, replenishment, and rejuvenation while cultivating peaceful balance.
This session will begin with a gentle floor-based stretch to relieve tension and reconnect to the present in preparation for:
- Replenish with Yoga Nidra: proven to promote deep rest and relaxation with a guided meditation calming the parasympathetic nervous system and leading to less stress and better health.
- Rejuvenate both your body and mind as you're immersed in vibrational therapy and deep relaxation throughout a crystal singing bowl sound bath.
All are welcome and encouraged. This meditative practice is suitable and beneficial for all and a great introduction to meditation.
If you can comfortably sit and lay down on the floor you'll enjoy the many benefits of the amazing practice.
