As Simple as 1,2,3!
Whether you're new to the practice of yoga or you're an ol' pro, joining us in class is super simple.
We get it. Joining a new wellness routine gets us out of our comfort zone. But the fact that you're here says you're ready to take control and step into your greatness.
Trust us; you can do this! We're not going to twist you into a pretzel, like those scary images you see on the internet. We know you probably can't touch your toes, that you're not flexible, and you probably haven't been practicing yoga for a while if you've done it before.
Our community is filled with school teachers, real estate agents, nurses, and ordinary everyday people like you, and we're all trying to touch our toes :) and feeling much better because of it.
We're friendly and welcoming and look forward to meeting you. So join us in practice today!
Which Class should I attend?
When in doubt, start with our Calm classes to chill out and our Begin class to learn the foundations of a yoga practice.
If you have injuries you're working with, inform your teacher upon arrival to class. We welcome you to book a private session if you'd prefer individualized attention.
