Complimentary Intro Classes 1/9/2018 & 1/11/2018

Offers the opportunity to explore inversions, arm balances and back-bends while building strength, balance, and flexibility within the context of a FLOW class. This class focuses on breaking down challenging poses and making them accessible. Together we will work on allowing the mind to calm while getting centered, and focused through the tough stuff - just as we hope to do off the mat. Prepare to build strength and work muscles you never knew you had!Open to those with a committed yoga practice. Get a workout and a work-in. Leave refreshed and energized.
