An all levels fresh start and a new beginning for the new year!
Treat yourself well and join us for a sweet, mindful, intention setting slow flow.
The class will begin with gentle Pranayama and mindfulness meditation, followed by a slow heat building flow to gently detox and build functional strength throughout the body.
When we meet ourselves where we are on any given day we're able to receive what is being offered to us through our practice. Modifications will be given for those that want a gentler experience as well as guidance and assistance for those that seek to explore a deeper level.
Savasana will be sprinkled throughout this practice to recharge, reconnect and reaffirm our intentions for the moment, day and new year.
After we've sweat, laughed and fully enjoyed this extended practice we'll seal the seeds of intention up tightly with a sweetly nourishing extended Savasana.
