Beginning - Beginners Yoga Workshop Series

This Workshop will begin on the first Saturday of the month at 4-5:30 pm.
Included in this workshop series are the following three, 7:30 am Basics classes, on Saturdays after the the start date.
Ongoing team support in our private facebook group where we will share information, tips, hold each other accountable, and within a positive and safe community!
What to Expect in this Workshop
Learn Basic Postures and lines of engagement used in a typical class setting for physical empowerment and increased range of motion.
Learn Breathing and Meditation techniques for the reduction of stress.
How to Incorporate Yoga practices into your everyday life
A fun approach and light hearted approach to change your body, your mind and yes, your life, too!
