Pregnant Mamas Unite!
This workshop travels the beautiful and challenging transitions that take place during pregnancy. We will learn how to support mom and baby during this period of shifting and discover safe and beneficial ways to care for ourselves.
We will use mindful movement, posture, and breath to release energy and encourage relaxation for a more blissful pregnancy and labor. Through gentle stretching and strengthening, we will increase energy and vitality and allow our bodies to restore and nurture.
This workshop encourages a community of strong mindful mamas to practice self-love and kindness in a space filled with peace, laughter, and compassion.
