About the event

Flow, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Essential Oils.  

Bliss Body Meditation combines gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative practices to create an invigorating, relaxing, and deeply regenerative experience.  We will begin practice with a restorative lunar flow sequence linking movement with breath to root down energetically and physically calm our nervous system. Followed by the deep release of longer held yin-inspired postures (deep stretching which targets the dense tissues and fascia of the body) then relax deeply into purely restorative postures and a supportive ending using bolsters and eye pillows for an extended Savasana resulting in a blissful body and meditative experience.
