Unwind and welcome the enchanting season of Fall with our "Bliss" Candlelight Yoga Workshop. As the leaves change, so too should our energies and perspectives, making this the perfect time for reflection, renewal, and cultivating deep inner peace.
In the soft flicker of candlelight, our serene studio transforms into a sanctuary for an all-levels Lunar Vinyasa flow. This slower-paced practice will gently guide you to attune your rhythm with the cooler, calmer energies of the season. Following the flow, we transition into tranquil Yin and Restorative Yoga sequences, focusing on deeply relaxing poses held for extended periods to allow you to release tension and nourish your mind, body, and soul.
But the magic of the evening doesn't stop there. As we further wind down, you'll be invited to journey into a blissful, extended guided meditation, weaving together the threads of relaxation, rejuvenation, and realization. During this meditative state, you'll receive the healing hands-on assists of Reiki, coupled with calming essential oils, heightening your experience of tranquility and connectedness.
The opening of the workshop will be centered around Sankalpa, a yogic practice of setting an intention, providing a profound focus for your experience. As our time together concludes, we'll engage in a ritualistic release, symbolically and energetically letting go of all that no longer serves us, just as the trees shed their leaves in the Fall.
