FLOWDOWN is a mix of our FLOW class and Yin Yoga
(a series of postures held for a long period of time to lengthen connective tissue). FLOWDOWN will increase energy throughout your body and range of motion in your practice.
The duality of the practice will leave you feeling physically strong, balanced and mindfully relaxed.
Slow Vinyasa, Refined Alignment
Aligned Flow is designed to refine, align and deepen your experience of postures common in group yoga classes while cultivating strength, energy, and mindfulness. This flow is paced perfectly for those newer to yoga and those seeking a deeper exploration of physical and energetic alignment that will leave you feeling physically stronger and mindfully calm & balanced.
Aligned Flow is appropriate for all levels. Practitioners are encouraged to explore their edge and make the practice their own.
Vinyasa, Restorative and Essential Oils
BLISS MANTRA: Strength and grace meet up and find sweet bliss in this all levels class to clear your mind and melt away stress. This mindfully aligned, strengthening Hatha style practice focusing on deep expansive breaths, leads into a gentle nourishing restorative floor practice supported by bolsters, calming music, sweet scents and essential oils.
Expect to be pampered with kind, calming hands-on assists, creating comfort and a deep state of relaxation. Each class will conclude with an extended meditation (Savasana) leaving you feeling deeply nourished, recharged and blissful.

Learn & rediscover the beauty of basic postures with calm tranquility in a warm, supportive environment. This mindful, slow-flow is a beautiful introduction to basic postures, breath, and fluid movement.
Beginners, Intro to Mindful Vinyasa
Basic’s Mantra teaches foundational yoga postures and breathing techniques found in most Vinyasa style classes and is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. This class will enhance your understanding of alignment through longer held postures and exploration of transitioning from posture to posture resulting in a deeply connected mind-body experience and self-empowerment.
Offers the opportunity to explore inversions, arm balances and backbends while building strength, balance, and flexibility within the context of a FLOW class. This class focuses on breaking down challenging poses and making them accessible. Together we will work on allowing the mind to calm while getting centered, and focused through the tough stuff – just as we hope to do off the mat. Prepare to build strength and work muscles you never knew you had!
Open to those with a committed yoga practice. Get a workout and a work-in. Leave refreshed and energized.

FLOW & RESTore

Flow + RESTore: Is a 70/30 blend of invigorating Vinyasa flow and restorative postures, beautifully synchronized with expansive breath and a “can do” state of mind to end your week. This liberating practice will lift your energy and strengthen your body, then conclude by settling you down to softly marinate and melt into supported restorative postures with bolsters and props, leaving you calmly recharged and powerfully refreshed.

STRETCH & RELEASE

Yin Yoga is the complimentary practice to our more dynamic yang vinyasa practice. A yin practice focuses primarily on floor postures, held passively for longer periods of time to allow the body to open and access the deeper connective tissues and fascia.
Yin yoga will restore and maintain the natural mobility in your joints, enhancing the body’s range of motion, energetic flow, and emotional well being. Its emphasis on stillness and silence promotes a deeply meditative experience.

This alignment-based Hatha/Vinyasa practice is beneficial for all practitioners seeking a deeper yogic experience, strong body, and designed for meditative focus. In this multi-faceted practice, you’ll explore strength, stability and flexibility through creative sequences developed to leave you feeling empowered, refreshed and deeply rejuvenated.

BLISS Body Meditation
This class combines gentle Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practices to create an invigorating, relaxing and deeply regenerative experience.
We will begin class with a restorative lunar flow sequence linking movement with breath to ground and physically settle. Followed by the deep release of longer held yin inspired postures (deep stretching which targets the dense tissues and fascia of the body) then relax deeply into purely restorative postures and a supportive ending using bolsters and eye pillows for an extended Savasana resulting in a blissful body and meditative experience.
