Yin Yoga is the complimentary practice to our more dynamic yang vinyasa practice. A yin practice focuses primarily on floor postures, held passively for longer periods of time to allow the body to open and access the deeper connective tissues and fascia.

Yin yoga will restore and maintain the natural mobility in your joints, enhancing the body’s range of motion, energetic flow, and emotional well being. Its emphasis on stillness and silence promotes a deeply meditative experience.

BLISS MANTRA: Strength and grace meet up and find sweet bliss in this all levels class to clear your mind and melt away stress. This mindfully aligned, strengthening Hatha style practice focusing on deep expansive breaths, leads into a gentle nourishing restorative floor practice supported by bolsters, calming music, sweet scents and essential oils.

Expect to be pampered with kind, calming hands-on assists, creating comfort and a deep state of relaxation. Each class will conclude with an extended meditation (Savasana) leaving you feeling deeply nourished, recharged and blissful.

Bliss Body Meditation combines gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative practices to create an invigorating, relaxing and deeply regenerative experience.

We will begin class with a restorative lunar flow sequence linking movement with breath to ground and physically settle. Followed by the deep release of longer held yin inspired postures (deep stretching which targets the dense tissues and fascia of the body) then relax deeply into purely restorative postures and a supportive ending using bolsters and eye pillows for an extended Savasana resulting in a blissful body and meditative experience.
