MANTRA Guide – 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher


Stephanie's passion for yoga began in 2010 - and she hasn't looked back since. She has completed two 200 hour training programs with Jen Ryan of the Yoga Loft. In 2015 she completed her 500 RYT with Kristin Olson of Home Yoga. Believing you can never have too much knowledge, Stephanie regularly attends workshops and intensives from some of the yoga community's most prestigious teachers, She also has had the pleasure of assisting the 2016-17 TT program at the Yoga Loft.

Stephanie creates a warm and welcoming environment by injecting her light-hearted sense of humor and positive energy into every class. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced with emphasis on alignment and mindful movement. You can expect a challenging, but a fun class that often includes a killer playlist. Stephanie strives to help her students find the strength they didn’t know they had and to explore their capabilities by moving beyond what’s comfortable. She believes that if it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you. Every day is an opportunity to explore and learn something about ourselves. She strives to help her students see new possibilities and step out of their comfort zone to promote growth, gain confidence and trust in their bodies. She encourages them to shift their minds perspective to bolster inner peace and well-being.

Things I love: my boys, my family, summer, good dark chocolate, giraffes, sunflowers, cooking, warm chocolate chip cookies, handstands, rock and roll, getting lost in a great book, stars, kayaking, sangria, gerber daisies, that first trickle of sweat, red accessories, strong coffee, fresh picked strawberries and blueberries, the idea of having my own garden - someday, music that makes me move, arm balancing, homemade pasta, my lil puppy Ruby-loops, hugs, board games, pesto, elephants, long walks, learning something new, the beach, avocados, mascara, shopping, the color yellow, flip flops, peanut butter… but not in that order!
