Kirstin Olsen


Kirstin started practicing Yoga in 2007 after finishing her undergraduate music studies but it wasn’t until a back injury in 2010 that she grew to change her lifestyle and her devotion to the practice of Asana and Yoga. She has been teaching since 2011 in all styles but loves the rigorous and challenging atmosphere of Hot Power Yoga. After teaching in NYC, Seattle, and Indiana, Kirstin has returned home to New England to share and guide with a focus on meditation, flight, injury recover, and laughter. In the depths of her own physical and mental obstacles she finds humility is what has helped spur the most progress on her path with Yoga and hopes to cultivate that with everyone she meets.
