200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher – Mantra Guide
Kirstie began her journey into yoga in 2006, while seeking a way to relieve stress, reduce physical pain and improve her degraded posture. When she began yoga she was attracted to the allure of the asanas, but it was not until joining a yoga studio in IL did she discover there was so much more to yoga than the physical practice. After relocating to MA, she turned to other physical activities including competing in several Triathlons, Crossfit competitions, and a Fitness competition. Eventually pursuing a Personal Training Certification in the hopes of bringing the same love of movement to the masses. It was not until rediscovering Yoga did she realize her missing link. After much contemplation, she decide to take the next step and become a Yoga teacher, earning her 200hr RYT certification from Mantra Yoga in 2016. Kirstie hopes to bring balance into her Vinyasa inspired classes.
