During her first yoga class, Cindy was drawn to the balance of challenging poses and restful savasana. She kept showing up to her mat, and through over ten years of practice, Cindy continues to discover and share the immense holistic benefits of yoga - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. She understands that yoga has a different meaning for each of her students, and students find her classes welcoming to all levels and abilities.
Cindy's classes focus on safe, functional movement connected to breath. She encourages her students to find their own center, strength, and resiliency and to make space to appreciate everyday treasures in life.
