200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher – Mantra Guide
Cathy has practiced yoga on and off for over 15 years, but once she found vinyasa style classes she was hooked. Viewing yoga as a good way to build strength and flexibility, along the way she discovered the non-physical benefits yoga brings – focus, resiliency, and gratitude. Through yoga, she found a way to challenge herself in safe and playful environments.
In 2016, Cathy completed her 200 hour with Yogaspirit® Studios. Through her love of learning, Cathy continues to take workshops to broaden and strengthen her teaching and her practice.
Her classes, a blend of form and flow, build strength, flexibility and greater mind-body awareness with an emphasis on moving with safety and alignment. Cathy strives to create a supportive class where students can challenge themselves in a playful, “no judgement” zone. She encourages her students to meet themselves where they are with grace and kindness and build their practice from there.
