This beginners course will provide you all you need to start your new transformation.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you'll learn:
- the basic's of sun salutations and modifications to build strength and stamina.
- Proper breathing and meditation techniques.
- proper alignment to build a healthy safe practice.
- various approaches to posture to gain the desired results.
This 4 week course will meet every Sunday at 2-3:30 pm.
and will leave you feeling strong, confident and ready to walk into any regularly scheduled class.
