Beginners, Intro to Mindful Vinyasa

Basic's Mantra teaches foundational yoga postures and breathing techniques found in most Vinyasa style classes and is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. This class will enhance your understanding of alignment through longer held postures and exploration of transitioning from posture to posture resulting in a deeply connected mind-body experience and self-empowerment.
