Our Belief

The practice of yoga is more then a workout, more then sweat... You are so much more then the sum of your physical parts. Yoga is the discovery of your higher self.

Mantra Yoga is a Vinyasa studio, with regular daily practices suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced. You are welcomed and encouraged to fulfill your individual needs. We place emphasis on the meditative practices and physical movement with breath. Whether your looking for a workout or seeking inner connection and balance, Mantra Yoga is here to guide and share your practice.
We offer a verity of Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin classes with various themes with different end results to provide an enjoyable well balanced yoga practice. We also regularly offer specialty workshops to dig deeper into the experience and gain greater knowledge and awareness.
MANTRA is a warm studio. We gently heat our classes to a comfortable 75°-80°. This is the ideal temperature for a healthy & sustainable long term practice which allows the body to naturally build heat internally through the practice of Asana & Pranayama thus stimulating the body’s natural systems, resulting in a deeply detoxifying, meditative experience.
Yes and you should. Yoga isn’t stretching, however over time it increases your range of motion. Most yogi’s don’t start out flexible, it’s a benefit of a regular practice. The more you practice the greater your results. We’re all built differently and therefor have different natural abilities. Do what you can, start slow, have patience and watch your practice grow.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Breathable, moisture wicking material is best. Avoid clothing that is too loose or too tight.
Yoga is way of life. You can practice the physical asana’s (postures) everyday and should practice at least 3-4 times a week. A consistent yoga practice compliments and enhances all other physical fitness activities. Listen to your body, it will give you the answers you need. Choose from the various intensity level classes we offer to fit your needs daily.
It’s best to practice on an empty stomach or eat at least two hours before class. This will allow you to feel most comfortable in certain twists, bends and other asana’s. If you must eat something, try to make it a lite snack that can hold you over until after class.
You are not required to preregister for class. However as classes become busier at certain times, it is recommended that you do to ensure your spot in class. Please download the free Free Mantra Yoga App, to make this super easy.

“The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind & the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.”

Our Team

A teacher doesn't share their practice with us, rather guides us to our own.
